环境设计预防犯罪理论（CPTED）经过近半个世纪的发展已取得杰出成就，对该理论五项核心策略的理解与运用最为关键。以某高校寝室区在视野不开阔、领属性不强、入口管理不严、地方维护程度低、活动支持度低等环境设计上的诸多不足为出发点，运用环境设计预防犯罪理论的基本目标、基本策略原理审视其犯罪预防上的缺陷，从自然监控、地方维护、访问管理、属地标刻、活动支持五项核心原则出发重构该区域的环境设计预防犯罪体系，具体解读环境设计预防犯罪理论的应用。

During nearly half a century of development, the theory of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) has made outstanding achievements. The understanding and use of the five core strategies of the theory is the most critical issue. Analyzing many deficiencies of environmental design in a college dormitory area as a starting point, such as no broad vision, less possessiveness, poor entrance management, low local maintenance and inefficient activity support, we use the principles of the basic goals and strategies of CPTED to examine its limitations in criminal prevention. Initiating with five core principles of natural supervision, local maintenance, access management, territory marking and activity support, we can reconstruct the system of crime prevention through environmental design, and ex?patiate CPTED specifically.
