目的：总结银屑病患者的护理体会。方法回顾性总结了34例银屑病患者的护理经验，做好心理护理、基础护理、体温护理、用药护理、皮肤黏膜护理、饮食护理及出院健康教育。结果34例患者住院3～24天，均好转出院。结论认真规范的治疗、精心的护理及行之有效的出院健康教育对提高银屑病患者的治疗效果有重要意义。
목적：총결은설병환자적호리체회。방법회고성총결료34례은설병환자적호리경험，주호심리호리、기출호리、체온호리、용약호리、피부점막호리、음식호리급출원건강교육。결과34례환자주원3～24천，균호전출원。결론인진규범적치료、정심적호리급행지유효적출원건강교육대제고은설병환자적치료효과유중요의의。
Objective We aimed to summarize the experience of nursing care of patients with psoriasis. Methods We retrospectively summarized the nursing experience of 34 cases of patients with psoriasis, psychological nursing, basic nursing, temperature nursing, medication nursing, skin and mucosa nursing, diet nursing and hospital health education were done well.Results The 34 cases of hospitalized patients were improved after 3 -24days.Conclusions Treatment of serious specification, careful nursing and effective discharge of health education has important significance for improving the treatment of patients with psoriasis.
