随着全国普通高校毕业生规模的不断增加，高校毕业生的就业形势更加复杂严峻，高校的就业工作任务更加艰巨繁重，高校的教育质量也同样受到关注。通过对当前90后高职高专毕业生就业现状存在的问题进行分析，探究提高高职高专院校教育质量面临的挑战和要求，并从就业视角分析相应的对策和建议。

with the rapid increasing number of college students and graduates,the status of college graduates employment is becoming even more severe.The graduate employment task faced by colleges is therefore becoming more difficult and the education quality is getting more and more attention.The status and problems of higher vocational college graduates employment are analyzed.The challenges and require-ments for promoting their education quality are studied.Finally the corresponding countermeasures and advises are presented in the employ-ment perspective.
