研究了采用超音速喷涂技术修复冷轧热镀锌机组沉没辊、稳定辊的工艺。结果表明,采用 WC-12%Co 低碳合金粉末和作为“黏结剂”的钴元素,在辊面上形成的超音速喷涂层具有高的结合强度、良好的耐磨和耐锌液腐蚀性能。此外,还提出了修复这些备件的注意事项。

The process for repairing immersion and stabilization rolls of cold rolling-hot galvanizing line by using a supersonic spraying technology was investigated.The results show that the supersonic spraying coating formed by WC-12%Co low-carbon alloy powder and cobalt as a “binder”exhibits high binding strength,good resistances to wear and to corrosion in molten zinc.In addition,points for attention during repairing the spare parts were put forward.
