目的:研究哮喘急性发作的患者运用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对小儿患者肺功能及血液IGE的影响。方法我院选择2013年1—12月间诊治的1200例哮喘急性发作的患儿,根据其病情时期将其分为两组,768例为急性期,432例为缓解期,急性期的患儿运用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇实施雾化吸入,同时选择150例正常的儿童作为对照组,对所选的儿童诱导的痰液实施炎性细胞计数以及分类,同时患儿肺功能及血液IGE水平进行测定。结果通过对三组患儿进行比较,急性组患儿血液IGE水平明显比对照组患儿高;缓解组及对照组患者肺功能显著优于急性组。结论急性哮喘发作患儿运用普米克令舒联合沙汀胺醇雾化吸入治疗能够明显改善患儿的肺功能并降低患儿血液IGE水平。
目的:研究哮喘急性髮作的患者運用佈地奈德聯閤沙丁胺醇霧化吸入對小兒患者肺功能及血液IGE的影響。方法我院選擇2013年1—12月間診治的1200例哮喘急性髮作的患兒,根據其病情時期將其分為兩組,768例為急性期,432例為緩解期,急性期的患兒運用佈地奈德聯閤沙丁胺醇實施霧化吸入,同時選擇150例正常的兒童作為對照組,對所選的兒童誘導的痰液實施炎性細胞計數以及分類,同時患兒肺功能及血液IGE水平進行測定。結果通過對三組患兒進行比較,急性組患兒血液IGE水平明顯比對照組患兒高;緩解組及對照組患者肺功能顯著優于急性組。結論急性哮喘髮作患兒運用普米剋令舒聯閤沙汀胺醇霧化吸入治療能夠明顯改善患兒的肺功能併降低患兒血液IGE水平。
목적:연구효천급성발작적환자운용포지내덕연합사정알순무화흡입대소인환자폐공능급혈액IGE적영향。방법아원선택2013년1—12월간진치적1200례효천급성발작적환인,근거기병정시기장기분위량조,768례위급성기,432례위완해기,급성기적환인운용포지내덕연합사정알순실시무화흡입,동시선택150례정상적인동작위대조조,대소선적인동유도적담액실시염성세포계수이급분류,동시환인폐공능급혈액IGE수평진행측정。결과통과대삼조환인진행비교,급성조환인혈액IGE수평명현비대조조환인고;완해조급대조조환자폐공능현저우우급성조。결론급성효천발작환인운용보미극령서연합사정알순무화흡입치료능구명현개선환인적폐공능병강저환인혈액IGE수평。
Objective This article was to investigate the impact of budesonide combined with salbutamol inhaled on lung function and blood IGE of pediatric patients who suffered acute attack of asthma.Methods From January 2013 to December 2013, 1200 cases of pediatric patients suffered acute attack of asthma and diagnosed and get treatment in our hospital were enrolled in the study, they were divided into two groups according to disease stage.768 cases were in acute stage and 432 cases were in remission stage.Pediatric patients in acute stage received the treatment of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation and selected 150 cases of normal children as control group.The inflammatory cell counts and classification of the selected children induced sputum were recorded, at the same time, pulmonary function and blood IGE levels were measured.Results Blood IGE level in children in acute stage was significantly higher than children in the control group.Lung function of remission and control group was significantly better than the patients in acute group.Conclusions Atomization inhalation of budesonide combined with salbutamol could significantly improve lung function and reduce the blood levels of IGE for children with acute asthma attack.
