目的:探讨蛋白C、蛋白S、凝血因子Ⅻ、凝血因子Ⅷ与静脉血栓栓塞的关系。方法以2012年8月至2014年9月我院收治的静脉血栓栓塞患者为实验组(66例),以同时期在我院体检的健康成人为对照组(66例),运用法国STA-R全自动凝血仪检测实验组和对照组血浆中的蛋白C、蛋白S、FⅫ和FⅧ的活性,采用利用t检验和χ2检验分析相关数据。结果与对照组相比,实验组中蛋白C和蛋白S的活性明显降低(P<0.05),而FⅫ和FⅧ的活性明显增高(P<0.05);实验组中FⅧ出现活性异常的比率为59.09%(39例),实验组中蛋白C、蛋白S、FⅫ和FⅧ活性出现异常的比率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论蛋白C、蛋白S、FⅫ和FⅧ与静脉血栓栓塞关系密切,是静脉血栓栓塞形成的高危因素。

목적:탐토단백C、단백S、응혈인자Ⅻ、응혈인자Ⅷ여정맥혈전전새적관계。방법이2012년8월지2014년9월아원수치적정맥혈전전새환자위실험조(66례),이동시기재아원체검적건강성인위대조조(66례),운용법국STA-R전자동응혈의검측실험조화대조조혈장중적단백C、단백S、FⅫ화FⅧ적활성,채용이용t검험화χ2검험분석상관수거。결과여대조조상비,실험조중단백C화단백S적활성명현강저(P<0.05),이FⅫ화FⅧ적활성명현증고(P<0.05);실험조중FⅧ출현활성이상적비솔위59.09%(39례),실험조중단백C、단백S、FⅫ화FⅧ활성출현이상적비솔명현비대조조고(P<0.05)。결론단백C、단백S、FⅫ화FⅧ여정맥혈전전새관계밀절,시정맥혈전전새형성적고위인소。
Objective We were to investigate the relationship among the protein C, protein S, coagulation factor Ⅻ, clotting factor Ⅷ and venous thromboembolism. Methods A group of 66 venous thromboembolism patients who received treatment in our hospital during August 2012 and September 2014 were chosen as experimental group and another 66 health adults who came from medical examination center during the same period were enrolled as the control group.Automated coagulation instrument ( France, STA-R) was used to detected the activity of protein C, protein S, coagulation factorⅫ( FⅫ) and clotting factorⅧ( FⅧ) , using t-test and chi-square test method to analyze the datas.Results Compared with the control group,the activity of protein C and protein S of experimental group were apparently decreased, but the activity of FⅫand FⅧwere apparently increased (P<0.05).The rate of activity abnormal of FⅧ was 59.09% (39 examples) in the experimental group, The rate of activity abnormal of protein C, protein S FⅫand FⅧin the experimental group were significantly higher than these in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The protein C, protein S, FⅫ, FⅧwere closely related to the venous thromboembolism, they are high risk factor for venous thromboembolism.
