目的：探讨精神医疗团队介入精神病人康复服务的效果。方法将70例符合《国际疾病分类第十次修订本》（ ICD-10）内精神疾病诊断的患者随机分为研究组与对照组各35例，分别接受农疗、手工操作、书画、车缝等康复训练，对照组由康复治疗师实施，研究组由精神医疗团队实施。采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、精神护理观察量表（NOSIE）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、工作行为评估量表（WBA）、心理社交功能评估表分别在入组前及入组6个月后进行评估。结果入组6个月两组的PNASS总分、阴性症状、一般病理、NOSIE、SCL－90、WBA及心理社交功能评分均改善，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05或0．01）。除PNASS阳性症状和WBA评分外，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论精神医疗团队介入康复治疗能从精神病症状、住院表现、心理表现、工作行为表现及社会功能表现等几方面提高康复效果，优于传统的康复方法，值得进一步推广应用。
목적：탐토정신의료단대개입정신병인강복복무적효과。방법장70례부합《국제질병분류제십차수정본》（ ICD-10）내정신질병진단적환자수궤분위연구조여대조조각35례，분별접수농료、수공조작、서화、차봉등강복훈련，대조조유강복치료사실시，연구조유정신의료단대실시。채용양성화음성증상량표（PANSS）、정신호리관찰량표（NOSIE）、증상자평량표（SCL-90）、공작행위평고량표（WBA）、심리사교공능평고표분별재입조전급입조6개월후진행평고。결과입조6개월량조적PNASS총분、음성증상、일반병리、NOSIE、SCL－90、WBA급심리사교공능평분균개선，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05혹0．01）。제PNASS양성증상화WBA평분외，량조간비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론정신의료단대개입강복치료능종정신병증상、주원표현、심리표현、공작행위표현급사회공능표현등궤방면제고강복효과，우우전통적강복방법，치득진일보추엄응용。
Objective This article was to explore the effect of psychiatric medical team on rehabilitation service of psychotics.Methods 70 cases psychotics in accord with 《International Classification of Disease 10》(ICD-10)diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into study group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated by farming cure, manual operation, painting and calligraphy and sewing training, etc.The treatment for patients in control group was given by rehabilitation therapist.However, study group was given by psychiatric medical team.The effect of rehabilitation was evaluated by Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale (PANSS), Nurses'observation scale for inpatientsevaluation(NOSIE), symptom checklist 90 ( SCL-90 ) , Work Behavior Assessment Guidelines ( WBA ) and Psychological social function assessment scale before and 6 monthsafter participate in.Results In both groups, scores of PANSS, PANSS-N, PANSS-G, NOSIE, SCL-90, WBA and Psychological social function assessment scale at the end of 6 months were better than baseline, there were significantly differences (P<0.05 or 0.01).Except for the scores in PANSS-P and WBA,the other indexes showed significant differences between the two groups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions Psychiatric medical team involve rehabilitation service of psychotics improves the rehabilitation effect in psychotic symptom, hospital performance, mental performance, work behavior and social function performance, etc.This rehabilitation method is better than the traditional one, worthy of promotion and application.
