以飞机控制系统的设计要求为依据设计飞控襟翼硬件仿真系统,该系统是参照真实飞控襟翼系统的功能和接口要求,采用基于数字仿真扩展模拟电路接口的硬件仿真系统。其与真实襟翼具有相似功能、相同接口、完全可以替代真实襟翼完成相关试验。试验结果表明:该系统为飞控襟翼试验的圆满完成提供有效的保障。

In this paper, the control system of flap hardware simulator is carried out based on the request of flight control system. The interfaces and functions of this system are the same with the real flap flight control system. Hardware simulation methods based on digital simulation module expansion analog circuit connection are adopted to investigate the hardware simulation module of the flap flight control system which have the same function and con-nections with the real flap system. The related experiments could be done by using the flight control system of flap hardware simulator instead of the real flap system. The results show that the system could provide security for flap flight control system.
