采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,研究了热轧板表面氧化皮显微结构的特征。结果表明,低碳钢热轧板表面氧化皮主要是 Fe3 O4与游离铁的混合物;FeO 和 Fe3 O4复合结构的氧化皮比单一 Fe3 O4氧化皮更易被酸洗掉。EBSD 技术能鉴别氧化皮的结构及其组成相。
採用光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、原子力顯微鏡和電子揹散射衍射(EBSD)技術,研究瞭熱軋闆錶麵氧化皮顯微結構的特徵。結果錶明,低碳鋼熱軋闆錶麵氧化皮主要是 Fe3 O4與遊離鐵的混閤物;FeO 和 Fe3 O4複閤結構的氧化皮比單一 Fe3 O4氧化皮更易被痠洗掉。EBSD 技術能鑒彆氧化皮的結構及其組成相。

The microstructure feature of oxide scale on the hot rolled plate surface was investigated by using optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM)and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD)technique.The results show that the oxide scale on hot-rolled plate surface of low carbon steel essentially is a mixture of Fe3 O4 with free iron,and that the scale composed of FeO and Fe3 O4 is more easy to be removed by pickling from the plate as compared with the single Fe3 O4 scale.Furthermore,the structure and phase composition of the oxide scale may be identified by EBSD.
