样品经碱熔分解,热水浸取,干扰元素铁、锰、钴、镍等形成氢氧化物沉淀与钨、钼分离。分取清液,在硫酸-苦杏仁酸-氯酸钠-辛可宁底液中,钨和钼均能产生灵敏的极谱催化波,峰电位分别为-0.76V 和-0.25V(对饱和甘汞电极而言),固定试液体积,混合底液用针管一次加入,节省了稀释、定容、混匀的步骤,在JP4000型示波极谱仪上一次扫描同时测定钨和钼的峰电流,以峰高为纵坐标、含量为横坐标绘制工作曲线,直接计算出样品中钨、钼的含量,方法检出限(以三倍标准偏差计算)钨0.21μg/g,钼0.17μg/g,测定体系中,钨、钼分别在0.02~10.0μg范围内成良好的线性关系。

He interferenceelement s such as Fe,Mn,Co,Ni formed hydroxide precipitate separat from W,Mo of samples through decomposition by alkali fusion and hot water leaching. Decant and then W and Mo can produce sensitive polarographic catalytic wave with spike potential -0.76V and -0.25V(for saturated calomel electrode)in the In the bottom fluid of sulfuric acid-DL-Mandelic acid-Sodium chlorate-Cinchonine. Mixture of the fixing liquid product and bottom fluid has been joined one-time,which can save the steps of Dilution, constant volume and mixing. According to The peak current of W,Mo measured by JP4000 oscillographic polarograph,the working curve has been draw ordinate for peak height and content for abscissa,in this way, the content of W and Mo can be worked out with W 0.21μg/g and Mo 0.17μg/g. There are good linear relativities between W and Mo in range 0.02~10.0μg in the measuring system.
