十八届四中全会把全面推进依法治国作为会议主题，并对推进我国依法治国作了全方位的论述和部署。全面推进依法治国是新一届党中央深刻总结历史、着眼未来的又一项重大战略部署；是解决改革发展面临的一系列新问题，维护社会和谐稳定的正确选择；是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求和重点所在。
十八屆四中全會把全麵推進依法治國作為會議主題，併對推進我國依法治國作瞭全方位的論述和部署。全麵推進依法治國是新一屆黨中央深刻總結歷史、著眼未來的又一項重大戰略部署；是解決改革髮展麵臨的一繫列新問題，維護社會和諧穩定的正確選擇；是實現國傢治理體繫和治理能力現代化的必然要求和重點所在。
십팔계사중전회파전면추진의법치국작위회의주제，병대추진아국의법치국작료전방위적논술화부서。전면추진의법치국시신일계당중앙심각총결역사、착안미래적우일항중대전략부서；시해결개혁발전면림적일계렬신문제，유호사회화해은정적정학선택；시실현국가치리체계화치리능력현대화적필연요구화중점소재。
The general target of the fourth plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China ( CPC) Central Committee is to form a system serving “the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics” and build a country under “the socialist rule of law”. It discusses how to improve a socialist system of laws with Chinese characteristics thoroughly. To improve a socialist system of laws with Chinese characteristics is another important strategic move of The Party Central Committee. It is a correct choice to keep the society harmony and stable. It is also a necessity of realizing the ruling competence of a country.
