目的::观察大黄水提物对雌性幼年大鼠血清促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法:4周龄雌性SD大鼠20只,随机分为正常对照组和大黄水提物2.0g/kg组,每组10只,连续灌胃给药30天。采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清GnRH、LH、FSH、P、E2的水平。结果:与正常对照组大鼠比较,大黄水提物2.0g/kg组大鼠GnRH、P、E2激素水平明显降低(P<0.05),LH、FSH激素水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:大黄水提物可明显影响雌性幼年大鼠下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的激素水平。

목적::관찰대황수제물대자성유년대서혈청촉성선격소석방격소(GnRH)、황체생성소(LH)、란포자격소(FSH)、잉동(P)、자이순(E2)수평적영향。방법:4주령자성SD대서20지,수궤분위정상대조조화대황수제물2.0g/kg조,매조10지,련속관위급약30천。채용ELISA법검측각조대서혈청GnRH、LH、FSH、P、E2적수평。결과:여정상대조조대서비교,대황수제물2.0g/kg조대서GnRH、P、E2격소수평명현강저(P<0.05),LH、FSH격소수평명현승고(P<0.05)。결론:대황수제물가명현영향자성유년대서하구뇌-수체-란소축적격소수평。
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To observe the inlfuences of aqueous extract of Rhubarb on gonadotrophin releasing hormone (GnRH), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone (P) and estradiol (E2) level in serum of young female rats.Methods:20 4-week female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group and Rhubarb aqueous extract (2.0g/kg) group, with 10 rats in each group. The GnRH, LH, FSH, P and E2 level in serum of rats were detected by ELISA after the rats were lavaged with Rhubarb aqueous extract for 30-day.Results: Compared with rats in normal control group, the GnRH, P and E2 level in serum of rats in Rhubarb aqueous extract group decreased obviously (P<0.05); LH and FSH level increased obviously (P<0.05).Conclusions: Rhubarb aqueous extract can inlfuence the hormone level of hypothalamic-hypophyscal-ovarian axis of young female rats obviously.
