目的::探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2(IGFBP-2)在结直肠癌中的表达情况及其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化Maxvision法检测80例结直肠癌、50例癌旁正常黏膜和50例结直肠腺瘤中IGFBP-2的表达情况。结果:结直肠癌组织IGFBP-2蛋白的表达水平明显高于结直肠腺瘤和癌旁正常黏膜组织(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结直肠癌IGFBP-2蛋白表达与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),与分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和Duke’s分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:IGFBP-2蛋白高表达在结直肠癌的发生发展过程中起到重要作用,可作为判断结直肠癌发生发展的预测因素。

목적::탐토이도소양생장인자결합단백2(IGFBP-2)재결직장암중적표체정황급기여결직장암림상병리특정적관계。방법:채용면역조화Maxvision법검측80례결직장암、50례암방정상점막화50례결직장선류중IGFBP-2적표체정황。결과:결직장암조직IGFBP-2단백적표체수평명현고우결직장선류화암방정상점막조직(P<0.01,P<0.05)。결직장암IGFBP-2단백표체여년령、성별무관(P>0.05),여분화정도、침윤심도、림파결전이화Duke’s분기유관(P<0.05)。결론:IGFBP-2단백고표체재결직장암적발생발전과정중기도중요작용,가작위판단결직장암발생발전적예측인소。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the expression of insulin like growth factor binding protein 2 (IGFBP-2) in colorectal carcinoma and the relationships between IGFBP-2 expression and clinicopathologic features of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Maxvision immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the IGFBP-2 expression in 80 cases colorectal carcinoma, 50 cases colorectal adenomas and 50 cases adjacent normal mucosa.Results: IGFBP-2 expression in colorectal carcinoma was obviously higher than that in colorectal adenomas and adjacent normal mucosa (P<0.01,P<0.05). In colorectal carcinoma, the IGFBP-2 expression was irrelevant to age and sex (P>0.05); but relevant to degree of differentiation, inifltration depth, lymph node metastasis and Duke’s stage (P<0.05).Conclusions: High expression of IGFBP-2 protein plays important role in development of colorectal carcinoma, which can be acted as predictive factors for judging development of colorectal carcinoma.
