中国所谓“毒地”就是美国所谓“棕地”。“棕地”给人体健康、生态环境带来风险或危害，已引发世界各国的警觉。美国是棕地再开发策略最积极的倡导国和实践国，坚持通过污染场地调查、污染评估、健康风险评估、修复方案设计、工程实施、过程管理与监理、第三方验收监测和工程后评估等一系列严格的程序，对“棕地”进行了科学治理，取得了巨大的成就和丰富的经验。中国广州业已进入后工业社会，治理“棕地”应成为政府要务；美国的规划理念、法律保障、资金筹措、治理手法，很值得借鉴学习。

Guangzhou has entered the post-industrial society, so “brown field”management should be a prior aim for government, and that of planning concept, legal regulation, financing, management technique in the Unite States should be used for reference and study.
