目的：探讨老年支气管哮喘患者急性发作期外周血白细胞介素4（IL－4）和血白细胞介素18（IL－18）水平及其临床意义。方法2012年7月至2014年10月，急性发作期老年哮喘患者82例（哮喘组），男54例，女28例，年龄60～83岁，平均（71．5±8．08）岁；对所有患者入院急性发作期和治疗后缓解的人血清中IL－4、IL－18水平采用ELISA法检测。结果急性发作期老年哮喘患者的血清IL－4明显高于缓解期（P＜0．05），IL－18明显高于缓解期（P＜0．05）。结论 IL－4、IL－18均参与了老年支气管哮喘急性发作期的发病机制，在Th1／Th2细胞因子网络失衡的发病机制中起重要的调节作用。
목적：탐토노년지기관효천환자급성발작기외주혈백세포개소4（IL－4）화혈백세포개소18（IL－18）수평급기림상의의。방법2012년7월지2014년10월，급성발작기노년효천환자82례（효천조），남54례，녀28례，년령60～83세，평균（71．5±8．08）세；대소유환자입원급성발작기화치료후완해적인혈청중IL－4、IL－18수평채용ELISA법검측。결과급성발작기노년효천환자적혈청IL－4명현고우완해기（P＜0．05），IL－18명현고우완해기（P＜0．05）。결론 IL－4、IL－18균삼여료노년지기관효천급성발작기적발병궤제，재Th1／Th2세포인자망락실형적발병궤제중기중요적조절작용。
Objective We aimed to investigate the clinical significance of the level of interleukin-4( IL-4)andinterleukin-18(IL-18)intheacutephaseofelderpatientswithasthma.Methods 82elderpatients who suffered from asthma in the acute phase were enrolled in this study, 54 male and 28 female, they aged from 60 to 83 years old, 71.5 ±8.08 years old on average.These patients were hospitalized in our hospital during July 2012 and November 2014.The level of IL-4 and IL-18 were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) .Results The concentration of IL-4 and IL-8 in the acute phase was significantly higher than that in the remission phase (P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of IL-4 and IL-8 play an important role in allergic reaction in the acute phase of elder patients with asthma.
