目的：：研究七氟醚复合小剂量氯胺酮在小儿包皮环切手术中的应用效果。方法：40例择期行包皮环切手术的患儿随机分为七氟醚复合小剂量氯胺酮组(A组)和氯胺酮复合异丙酚组(B组)，每组20例。观察两组患儿从麻醉开始到意识消失时间、苏醒时间、麻醉时诱导顺从性、术中体动、苏醒期躁动、术后恶心呕吐的发生率。结果：与B组相比，A组患儿能较好接受麻醉，麻醉起效快、苏醒时间短，术中体动、苏醒期躁动发生率明显较低(P＜0.05)。两组术后恶心、呕吐发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：七氟醚复合小剂量氯胺酮麻醉具有麻醉起效快、苏醒快、不良反应少的优点，能较好地用于小儿包皮环切手术。
목적：：연구칠불미복합소제량록알동재소인포피배절수술중적응용효과。방법：40례택기행포피배절수술적환인수궤분위칠불미복합소제량록알동조(A조)화록알동복합이병분조(B조)，매조20례。관찰량조환인종마취개시도의식소실시간、소성시간、마취시유도순종성、술중체동、소성기조동、술후악심구토적발생솔。결과：여B조상비，A조환인능교호접수마취，마취기효쾌、소성시간단，술중체동、소성기조동발생솔명현교저(P＜0.05)。량조술후악심、구토발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：칠불미복합소제량록알동마취구유마취기효쾌、소성쾌、불량반응소적우점，능교호지용우소인포피배절수술。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study the effects of sevolfurane combined small does ketamine in circumcision for children. Methods:40 children undergoing selective circumcision were randomly divided into A group (sevolfurane combined small does ketamine) and B group (ketamine combined propofol) with 20 children in each group. The induction time, recovery time, induced compliance, movement during operation, agitation, incidence of nausea and vomiting after operation of children were recorded.Results: Compared with children in B group, the induced compliance of children in A group was better, the induction time and the recovery time were shorter, the incidence of movement during operation and agitation were obviously lower (P<0.05). There had no statistical signiifcance about incidence of nausea and vomiting after operation between A group and B group (P>0.05).Conclusions:Sevolfurane combined small does ketamine is suitable for circumcision for children because of it’s quick onset, rapid recovery and less adverse effects.
