目的::研究转移相关蛋白2(MTA2)和基质金属蛋白酶-14(MMP-14)在结肠癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学MaxVision法检测86例结肠癌组织、60例结肠腺瘤上皮内瘤变组织和60例癌旁正常结肠黏膜组织MTA2和MMP-14的表达情况。结果:结肠癌组织MTA2、MMP-14的阳性表达率均明显高于结肠腺瘤和癌旁正常黏膜(P<0.01),且均与分化程度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、脉管浸润、是否伴有黏液有关(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌组织MTA2和MMP-14的异常表达可能为判断结肠癌是否有转移与浸润提供依据。

목적::연구전이상관단백2(MTA2)화기질금속단백매-14(MMP-14)재결장암중적표체급의의。방법:채용면역조직화학MaxVision법검측86례결장암조직、60례결장선류상피내류변조직화60례암방정상결장점막조직MTA2화MMP-14적표체정황。결과:결장암조직MTA2、MMP-14적양성표체솔균명현고우결장선류화암방정상점막(P<0.01),차균여분화정도、림파결전이、Dukes분기、종류대소、침윤심도、맥관침윤、시부반유점액유관(P<0.05)。결론:결장암조직MTA2화MMP-14적이상표체가능위판단결장암시부유전이여침윤제공의거。
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To study the expression and signiifcance of metastasis-associated protein 2 (MTA2) and matrix metalloproteinase -14 (MMP-14) in colon cancer.Methods: MaxVision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MTA2 and MMP-14 in 86 cases colon cancer tissue, 60 cases colonic adenoma intraepithelial neoplasia tissue and 60 cases adjacent normal colonic mucosa tissue.Results:The positive expression rate of MTA2 and MMP-14 in colon cancer tissue were obviously higher than colonic adenoma intraepithelial neoplasia tissue and adjacent normal mucosa tissue (P<0.01). Moreover, the expression of MTA2 and MMP-14 in colon cancer were associated with differentiated degree, lymph node metastasis, Dukes stage, tumor size, inifltration depth, vascular invasion and if accompanied by mucus (P<0.05). Conclusions: Abnormal expression of MTA2 and MMP-14 may provide basis for judging metastasis and invasion of colon cancer.
