目的：探讨骨折术后并发深静脉血栓形成的预防和护理有效策略。方法对骨伤科50例下肢手术后患者进行一系列的预防和护理措施来预防深静脉血栓的形成。结果50例下肢骨折术后的患者进行预防和护理后，一位发生了DVT，发生率仅为2％。结论对下肢骨折术后患者采取综合护理措施对有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成有良好的临床效果。
목적：탐토골절술후병발심정맥혈전형성적예방화호리유효책략。방법대골상과50례하지수술후환자진행일계렬적예방화호리조시래예방심정맥혈전적형성。결과50례하지골절술후적환자진행예방화호리후，일위발생료DVT，발생솔부위2％。결론대하지골절술후환자채취종합호리조시대유효예방하지심정맥혈전형성유량호적림상효과。
Objective To investigate the complicated deep venous thrombosis after fracture surgery effective prevention and nursing strategy.Methods The formation of prevention and nursing measures of patients with a series of 50 patients with lower extremity after orthopedic operation to prevent deep venous thrombosis. Results 50 cases of prevention and nursing of postoperative lower extremity fracture patients, a developed DVT. The incidence rate was 2%. Conclusions The postoperative lower extremity fracture patients to take comprehensive nursing measures has a good clinical effect on the formation of effective prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
