目的:探究急性心肌梗死( AMI)患者心电图QRS波形改变和治疗预后的关系。方法择选我院2012年6月至2014年6月所收治的54例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,在其发病之后,对其进行心电图检查,且依据心电图QRS终末波形改变情况,将其分成两组,即A组(20例,QRS波形改变组)与B组(34例,QRS波形未改变组),对其并发症与预后进行观察与比较。结果 A组患者各并发症的发生率与死亡率等均显著高于B组患者,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论心电图QRS波形发生改变的急性心肌梗死患者,其预后效果往往较差,因而,针对急性心肌梗死且心电图QRS波形发生改变者,应予以严密的观察,以便提高临床疾病治疗的效果。

목적:탐구급성심기경사( AMI)환자심전도QRS파형개변화치료예후적관계。방법택선아원2012년6월지2014년6월소수치적54례급성심기경사환자작위연구대상,재기발병지후,대기진행심전도검사,차의거심전도QRS종말파형개변정황,장기분성량조,즉A조(20례,QRS파형개변조)여B조(34례,QRS파형미개변조),대기병발증여예후진행관찰여비교。결과 A조환자각병발증적발생솔여사망솔등균현저고우B조환자,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론심전도QRS파형발생개변적급성심기경사환자,기예후효과왕왕교차,인이,침대급성심기경사차심전도QRS파형발생개변자,응여이엄밀적관찰,이편제고림상질병치료적효과。
Objective:To explore the acute myocardial infarction( AMI ) patientsˊelectrocardiogram QRS waveform change and treatment outcomes. Methods:Fifty-four cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction( MI)were chosen as the research object from June 2012 to June 2014 after the onset of electrocardiogram inspection,and were divided into two groups,namely group A group(20 cases,QRS waveform changes)and group B(34 cases,the QRS wave group did not change)on the basis of electrocardiogram QRS endpoint waveform change,and then the complications and prognosis were observed and compared. Results:In the patients of Group A the incidence of various complications and mortality were sig-nificantly higher than those of group B patients,which had statistically significant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusion:In the patients with acute myocardial infarction( MI)and electrocardiogram QRS waveform changes,the prognosis is often poor,thus the acute myocardial infarction( MI)and electrocardiogram QRS waveform change should be closely observed in order to improve the effect of clinical treatment.
