目的：建立系统规范的医用直线加速器质量保证与质量控制的规程。方法利用现有设备对医用直线加速器进行每日、每周、每月、每年系统全面的检测与维护。结果依据规程对医用直线加速器定期进行检测维护，保证放射治疗的安全实施。结论医用直线加速器结构复杂，是大型的精密医疗设备，做好医用直线加速器的质量保证和质量控制工作是放射治疗精确安全执行的关键。
