目的：研究高频超声下动态观察隐窝关节囊回声变化和其厚度对肩周炎影像学诊断的临床意义。方法将30例肩周炎患者和30例正常人的肩关节进行仔细、全面的超声检查，寻找超声诊断肩周炎的直接征象。结果通过对比检查发现病例组隐窝关节囊增厚明显，且不受肩关节活动影响，可作为观察肩周炎关节囊改变的一个窗口。结论高频超声下隐窝关节囊回声变化和厚度对诊断肩周炎有重要意义。
목적：연구고빈초성하동태관찰은와관절낭회성변화화기후도대견주염영상학진단적림상의의。방법장30례견주염환자화30례정상인적견관절진행자세、전면적초성검사，심조초성진단견주염적직접정상。결과통과대비검사발현병례조은와관절낭증후명현，차불수견관절활동영향，가작위관찰견주염관절낭개변적일개창구。결론고빈초성하은와관절낭회성변화화후도대진단견주염유중요의의。
Objective We were to study the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound and direct signs for the diagnosis of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 30 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients and 30 cases of normal people received careful and comprehensive ultrasonography, in order to find out the direct sign of periarthritis of shoulder.Results By comparing the results, we found that joint capsule of the case group thickening obviously and it is not affected by the activity of shoulder joint, so it can be used as a window to observe the change of periarthritis of shoulder.Conclusions Capsule thickness and its changes of echo under high frequency ultrasound have important significance in diagnosis of periarthritis of shoulder.
