目的:探讨女医科大学生抑郁现况及其相关因素,为进一步对抑郁进行研究及防治提供理论依据。方法采用抑郁自评量表、自我接纳问卷和自编一般情况问卷对1135名女医科大学生进行调查。结果芜湖市女医科大学生抑郁情绪的检出率为30.1%;不同的家庭经济收入、父母关系、要好朋友的个数和是否饮酒的抑郁状况的检出率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);有抑郁情绪的学生自我接纳得分比没有抑郁情绪的学生得分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女医科大学生的抑郁问题不容乐观,自我接纳是影响抑郁情绪的重要内部心理因素,应采取综合措施,提高女大学生身心健康水平。

Objective This article was to explore the depression status and self acceptance among female university students, which will provide basis for implementing early screening and intervention to suicide among adolescent.Methods A total of 1135 students were sampled to participate in this survey.The survey collected sociodemographic data, depression, and self acceptance of students.Results The prevalence of depression among the medical college students was 30.1%.The prevalence of depression has significant difference among the students with different family income, different parents relationship and different numbers of good friends (P<0. 05).Furthermore, students with depressive symptoms have less score of self acceptance than those without depressive symptom (P<0.05).Conclusions The depression among female university students is common.Self acceptance is an important factor for depression.A comprehensive intervention should be taken to improve the physical and mental health level of female students.
