目的：探讨Cockcroft_Gault方程估算肾小球滤过率与冠状动脉狭窄程度的研究。方法冠状动脉造影确定为冠心病者253例为冠心病组，以Gensini积分对冠状动脉病变程度进行评分并分级，168例冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度＜50％患者为对照组，通过Cockcroft_Gault方程估算两组患者的肾小球滤过率，分析冠状动脉病变与估算肾小球滤过率之间的关系。结果冠心病组与对照组的估算肾小球滤过率分别为：（61.13±11.10）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]和（77.92±11.80）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]（ P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。冠状动脉轻度、中度和重度病变组，估算肾小球滤过率分别为（66.73±14.56）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]，（63.83±15.45）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]和（57.23±14.37）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论 Cockcroft_Gault方程估算的肾小球滤过率可作为评估冠状动脉病变的临床参考指标。
목적：탐토Cockcroft_Gault방정고산신소구려과솔여관상동맥협착정도적연구。방법관상동맥조영학정위관심병자253례위관심병조，이Gensini적분대관상동맥병변정도진행평분병분급，168례관상동맥죽양경화협착정도＜50％환자위대조조，통과Cockcroft_Gault방정고산량조환자적신소구려과솔，분석관상동맥병변여고산신소구려과솔지간적관계。결과관심병조여대조조적고산신소구려과솔분별위：（61.13±11.10）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]화（77.92±11.80）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]（ P＜0.05），차이유통계학의의。관상동맥경도、중도화중도병변조，고산신소구려과솔분별위（66.73±14.56）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]，（63.83±15.45）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]화（57.23±14.37）[mL／（min ×1.73m2）]，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론 Cockcroft_Gault방정고산적신소구려과솔가작위평고관상동맥병변적림상삼고지표。
Objective To discuss the research of the relationship between estimated glomerular filtration rate by Cockcroft_Gault equa-tion and coronary artery stenosis degree in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 253 patients with coronary heart disease were confirmed by coronary angiography as coronary heart disease group ,and were graded the degree of coronary artery lesion by Gensini score ,168 cases of patients with degree of coronary atherosclerosis stenosis <50% were selected as control group.Glomerular filtra-tion rate of the patients from two groups were estimated by Cockcroft_Gault equation ,and the relationship between coronary artery dis-ease and glomerular filtration rate were analyzed. Results The glomerular filtration rate of coronary heart disease group and control group were(61.13 ± 11.10) [mL/(min × 1.73m2 )] and (77.92 ± 11.80) [mL/(min × 1.73m2 )] ( P<0.05) respectively ,there were statistical significant differences.The glomerular filtration rates estimated by Cockcroft_Gault equation among patients from Mild coronary artery lesion group ,moderate lesion group ,severe lesion group were :(66.73 ± 14.56) [mL/(min × 1.73m2 )] ,(63.83 ± 15.45) [mL/(min × 1.73m2 )] and (57.23 ± 14.37) [mL/(min × 1.73m2 )] ( P<0.05) respectively ,and there were statistical significant differences.Conclusions Glomerular filtration rate estimated by the Cockcroft_Gault equation may be used as clinical refer-ence indicators for the evaluation of coronary artery pathological lesions in patients with coronary heart disease.
