目的：观察封闭式负压引流（ VSD）在骨科创伤感染中的临床应用效果。方法本组中有骨科创伤感染患者84例，按随机数字表法平均分成对照组与实验组，每组各42例，前者采取常规换药引流进行治疗，后者予以VSD加以治疗，且对其临床治疗效果进行观察与比较。结果实验组中患者的总有效率（97.6%）与对照组患者（76.2%）相比，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；实验组患者的创面愈合时间、住院时间以及换药次数等与对照组相比较，明显较低/较少，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论对骨科创伤感染患者予以VSD进行治疗，疗效明显，创面愈合迅速，且住院时间少，值得大力推广。
목적：관찰봉폐식부압인류（ VSD）재골과창상감염중적림상응용효과。방법본조중유골과창상감염환자84례，안수궤수자표법평균분성대조조여실험조，매조각42례，전자채취상규환약인류진행치료，후자여이VSD가이치료，차대기림상치료효과진행관찰여비교。결과실험조중환자적총유효솔（97.6%）여대조조환자（76.2%）상비，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）；실험조환자적창면유합시간、주원시간이급환약차수등여대조조상비교，명현교저/교소，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론대골과창상감염환자여이VSD진행치료，료효명현，창면유합신속，차주원시간소，치득대력추엄。
Objective:To observe the effect of the vacuum sealing drainage( VSD)on wound infection in the clinical application in the department of orthopedics. Methods:Eighty-four patients of wound infection from the Department of or-thopedics were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,with 42 cases in each group,and the for-mer taking routine dressing and drainage treatment,the latter VSD treatment,and the clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results:Efficiency of total patients in the experimental group(97. 6% patients)and control group(76. 2%) had very obvious differences,and there were statistical significance(P<0. 05);compared with the control group,wound healing time of the patients in the experimental group,the time of hospitalization and dressing change times were signifi-cantly lower and less,which had very obvious differences and statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The VSD treatment of trauma infected patients in the Department of orthopedics has obvious curative effect of fast wound healing and the less hospitalization time,which is worth popularizing.
