目的::探讨血脂异常与围绝经期女性糖尿病微血管病变发生的相关性。方法:围绝经期女性2型糖尿病患者120例,依据有无糖尿病微血管病变分为病例组和对照组,每组60例。分别检测两组的血脂、血压、空腹血糖(FBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)等指标。结果:病例组患者的病程、FBG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、HbA1C、收缩压明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组年龄、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、体重指数、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,病程、FBG、LDL-C、HbA1C是糖尿病微血管病变的独立危险因素。结论:LDL-C升高和高血糖与围绝经期女性2型糖尿病微血管病变的发生密切相关。

목적::탐토혈지이상여위절경기녀성당뇨병미혈관병변발생적상관성。방법:위절경기녀성2형당뇨병환자120례,의거유무당뇨병미혈관병변분위병례조화대조조,매조60례。분별검측량조적혈지、혈압、공복혈당(FBG)화당화혈홍단백(HbA1C)등지표。결과:병례조환자적병정、FBG、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、HbA1C、수축압명현고우대조조,고밀도지단백담고순명현저우대조조(P<0.05);량조년령、감유삼지、총담고순、체중지수、서장압비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。Logistic회귀분석현시,병정、FBG、LDL-C、HbA1C시당뇨병미혈관병변적독립위험인소。결론:LDL-C승고화고혈당여위절경기녀성2형당뇨병미혈관병변적발생밀절상관。
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the relationships between dyslipidemia and diabetic microangiopathy in perimenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: 120 perimenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into case group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) according to diabetic microangiopathy. The blood lipid, blood pressure, fasting blood-glucose (FBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) were respectively detected.Results:The course of disease, FBG, low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C), HbA1C and systolic blood pressure of patients in case group were obviously higher than that of patients in control group (P<0.05); high density lipoprotein cholesterin was obviously lower (P<0.05). There had no statistical signiifcance between age, triglyceride, total cholesterol, body mass index and diastolic blood pressure of patients in case group and control group (P>0.05). Logistic regression analyses showed that course of disease, FBG, LDL-C, and HbA1C are independent risk factors of diabetic microangiopathy.Conclusions: High LDL-C and hyperglycemia are closely related to diabetic microangiopathy in perimenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
