目的::观察血浆低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)浓度对缺血性脑卒中患者严重程度和预后的影响。方法:采用ELISA法检测80例缺血性脑卒中患者血浆HIF-1α的浓度,并分别于治疗第1d和第14d采用NIHSS量表评价患者的神经功能缺损评分。结果:低HIF-1α组患者缺血性脑卒中的严重程度轻于高HIF-1α组(P<0.05),预后好于高HIF-1α组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,血浆HIF-1α浓度是影响缺血性脑卒中患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α对缺血性脑卒中严重程度和预后均有重要影响。监测缺血性脑卒中患者血浆HIF-1α浓度,可作为判断缺血性脑卒中严重程度、评价神经功能恢复情况、评估疾病预后新的参考指标。

목적::관찰혈장저양유도인자-1α(HIF-1α)농도대결혈성뇌졸중환자엄중정도화예후적영향。방법:채용ELISA법검측80례결혈성뇌졸중환자혈장HIF-1α적농도,병분별우치료제1d화제14d채용NIHSS량표평개환자적신경공능결손평분。결과:저HIF-1α조환자결혈성뇌졸중적엄중정도경우고HIF-1α조(P<0.05),예후호우고HIF-1α조(P<0.05)。Logistic회귀분석현시,혈장HIF-1α농도시영향결혈성뇌졸중환자예후적독립위험인소(P<0.05)。결론:HIF-1α대결혈성뇌졸중엄중정도화예후균유중요영향。감측결혈성뇌졸중환자혈장HIF-1α농도,가작위판단결혈성뇌졸중엄중정도、평개신경공능회복정황、평고질병예후신적삼고지표。
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To observe the inlfuences of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) concentration in plasma on severity and prognosis of ischemic stroke.Methods: ELISA was used to detect the HIF-1α concentration in plasma of 80 ischemic stroke patients. The neurologic impairment score of all the patients was evaluated by NIHSS scale respectively at 1st day and 14th day of treatment.Results:Compared with patients with high plasma HIF-1α concentration, the severity of ischemic stroke of patients with low plasma HIF-1α concentration was mild, and the prognosis was better (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that plasma HIF-1α concentration was independent risk factor affecting prognosis of ischemic stroke patients.Conclusions: HIF-1α has important inlfuence on severity and prognosis of ischemic stroke. Monitoring plasma HIF-1α concentration can be acted as a new reference index for judging severity of ischemic stroke, evaluating recovery of neurological function and prognosis.
