颈前路经椎间盘减压植骨融合术作为脊髓型及神经根型颈椎病的治疗已半个世纪，但临椎病变问题及保留颈椎整体活动度问题越来越多的引起多方面的重视，采用人工颈椎间盘置换这个非融合技术在近年来发展迅速，该文就人工颈椎间盘置换术的历史、临床疗效，术后并发症，以及对于其是否能保留颈椎整体的活动度，防止临椎病变的研究进展作一综述。

The anterior cervical disc decompression and fusion as a treatment for spinal has been nearly half a century, but the vertebral lesions and retain the overall activity of cervical problems has been more and more regarded, using artificial cervical disc replacement wasa non-fusion technology which developed rapidly in recent years. The history, clinical results of artificial cervical disc replacement surgery, postoperative complications, as well as whether it can keep the whole cervical spine, vertebral lesions on preventing progress were reviewed.
