目的：对天然胶乳橡胶避孕套“包装标志”的质量进行调研，为促进其规范性和检验判定的准确性提供参考。方法：通过市场抽样调查，对不规范“包装标志”的产品进行统计分析，对检验结果的判定进行探讨。结果：当前市场上“包装标志”不规范的产品比例较大，质量检验人员对有些项目检验结果的判定疑惑较多。结论：质量检验人员有必要掌握质量标准与行政法规的衔接；生产企业应当重视“包装标志”的质量问题；相关部门在产品注册申报、审查时，应重视“包装标志”的规范性。

목적：대천연효유상효피잉투“포장표지”적질량진행조연，위촉진기규범성화검험판정적준학성제공삼고。방법：통과시장추양조사，대불규범“포장표지”적산품진행통계분석，대검험결과적판정진행탐토。결과：당전시장상“포장표지”불규범적산품비례교대，질량검험인원대유사항목검험결과적판정의혹교다。결론：질량검험인원유필요장악질량표준여행정법규적함접；생산기업응당중시“포장표지”적질량문제；상관부문재산품주책신보、심사시，응중시“포장표지”적규범성。
Objective:To conduct quality research on packaging and labeling of the natural latex rubber condoms so as to promote the normalization and provide a reference for the accuracy of inspection and assessment. Methods:Products with non-standard packaging and labeling were statistically analyzed through sample survey of the market and the assessments of inspection results were discussed. Results: Products with non-standard packaging and labeling took up a great proportion in the current market. The quality inspectors had confusions on the results of some inspection items. Conclusion:It is necessary for quality inspectors to master the link between the quality standard and the administrative regulations. Manufacturers are supposed to pay more attention to the quality of packaging and labeling. The relevant authorities should attach importance to the normalization of packaging and labeling when declaring and investigating the product registrations.
