大学生权益保障研究的焦点多集中在权益保障意识、权益保障机制、实习期劳动权益保障等方面，且对象多为实习期学生或在校大学生。对于医学院全程教学班大学生这一新群体的学生权益保障研究基本空白。文章研究在全程教学实践运行过程中，因学生对自身身份认知不明确、医院硬件、经验、人员缺乏、学校筹建过程中的疏忽等原因造成的学生基本权益的缺失，客观总结了全程教学实践中学生受教育权益及参加活动权益的体现及存在的问题，并提出解决对策和建议。

The studies of the college students'rights protection focus largely on consciousness, rights safeguard mechanism, labor rights protection, etc., and the objects are almost related to the internship or college students.The rights protection study focus on students of the whole teaching process class is rare.This article describes the various reasons of their rights deficiency during practical teaching, such as students'unawareness of their own identity, hospital's lack of conditions, the college's ignorance during the process of preparing, and then analyzes how to deal with them.
