目的：探讨早期护理干预对预防重型颅脑损伤并发症效果的观察。方法选取我院重型颅脑损伤的患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，各40例。对照组患者采用常规的护理措施，实验组患者采用早期护理干预。结果实验组患者并发症发生率（30.00%）明显低于对照组（70.00%），实验组患者有效率（85.00%）明显高于对照组（60.00%），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论早期护理干预对预防重型颅脑损伤并发症的效果显著，可以降低患者并发症的发生率，提高患者日常活动能力，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토조기호리간예대예방중형로뇌손상병발증효과적관찰。방법선취아원중형로뇌손상적환자80례작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화실험조，각40례。대조조환자채용상규적호리조시，실험조환자채용조기호리간예。결과실험조환자병발증발생솔（30.00%）명현저우대조조（70.00%），실험조환자유효솔（85.00%）명현고우대조조（60.00%），차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론조기호리간예대예방중형로뇌손상병발증적효과현저，가이강저환자병발증적발생솔，제고환자일상활동능력，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective:To discuss the effect of early stage nursing intervention on prevention of complications of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:Eighty patients with severe craniocerebral injury were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 40 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing measures while the experiment group was given early stage nursing intervention. Results:Occurrence rate of complications in the experiment group was 30. 00%,which was obviously lower than that in the control group 70. 00%;effective rate of experiment group was 85. 00%,which was ob-viously higher than that in the control group 60. 00%(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Early stage nursing intervention has obvious clinical effect on the prevention of severe craniocerebral injury. It can reduce occurrence rate of complications and improve abilities of daily life activity,so it is worth of being popularized clinically.
