目的：探讨头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠和阿奇霉素联合治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年1—12月期间在我院接受治疗的老年社区获得性肺炎患者60例，并将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者以头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合阿奇霉素进行治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察比较。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率及细菌清除率分别为90．0％及88．0％；对照组患者的治疗有效率及细菌清除率分别为76．7％及70．3％。两组数据存在显著差异，结果具有统计意义（P＜0．05）。结论头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合阿奇霉素治疗老年社区获得性肺炎具有较好的临床效果，该种治疗方法值得在临床上广泛推广，以帮助更多患者受益。
목적：탐토두포고동납서파탄납화아기매소연합치료노년사구획득성폐염적림상효과。방법선취2013년1—12월기간재아원접수치료적노년사구획득성폐염환자60례，병장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조。대조조환자이두포고동납서파탄납진행치료，관찰조환자재차기출상연합아기매소진행치료，대량조환자적치료효과진행관찰비교。결과관찰조환자적치료유효솔급세균청제솔분별위90．0％급88．0％；대조조환자적치료유효솔급세균청제솔분별위76．7％급70．3％。량조수거존재현저차이，결과구유통계의의（P＜0．05）。결론두포고동납서파탄납연합아기매소치료노년사구획득성폐염구유교호적림상효과，해충치료방법치득재림상상엄범추엄，이방조경다환자수익。
Objective This article aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy of Sulbactam and Cefoperazone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia who were treated in our hospital during January 2013 to December 2013 were enrolled in this study and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with Sulbactam and Cefoperazone, however patients in observation group were treated with Sulbactam and Cefoperazone combined with azithromycin. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The efficient and bacterial clearance rate was 90.0% and 86.7% respectively in treatment group, while the treatment efficiency and bacterial clearance rate was 76.7% and 70% respectively in control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions Sulbactam and Cefoperazone combined with azithromycin in treatment of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia can obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy.In order to help more patients, this kind of treatment should be popularized in clinical practice.
