本文回顾了2014年我国蒜薹的收贮数量、质量和效益情况，分析了蒜薹贮藏过程中存在的质量和技术问题。随后，笔者分析了当前蒜薹产业面临的困境，预测了蒜薹的产量及收贮态势，探讨了可持续发展的经营策略，旨在为今后我国蒜薹产业的顺利发展和提高效益提供有益的借鉴。
本文迴顧瞭2014年我國蒜薹的收貯數量、質量和效益情況，分析瞭蒜薹貯藏過程中存在的質量和技術問題。隨後，筆者分析瞭噹前蒜薹產業麵臨的睏境，預測瞭蒜薹的產量及收貯態勢，探討瞭可持續髮展的經營策略，旨在為今後我國蒜薹產業的順利髮展和提高效益提供有益的藉鑒。
본문회고료2014년아국산대적수저수량、질량화효익정황，분석료산대저장과정중존재적질량화기술문제。수후，필자분석료당전산대산업면림적곤경，예측료산대적산량급수저태세，탐토료가지속발전적경영책략，지재위금후아국산대산업적순리발전화제고효익제공유익적차감。
In this article, the storage amount, quality and effectiveness of garlic in 2014 were briefly reviewed, and the quality and technical problems during storage garlic were analyzed. Then we analyzed the current dilemma of garlic industry, and predicted the yield and storage of garlic in the next year, then discussed the business strategy of sustainable development, in order to promote the development of garlic industry.
