采用同步辐射X射线小角散射(SAXS)方法测量了柴油机在标定工况,燃用添加4种不同比例(0、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP)的生物柴油时,排放颗粒的粒径,并与扫描电镜和透射电镜进行了对比,研究了燃料十六烷值对排放颗粒粒径分布的影响规律。结果表明,SAXS方法可用于柴油机颗粒粒径的测量,以获得单个颗粒粒径的统计分布数据,使测量结果不受颗粒团聚的影响;颗粒粒径近似呈正态分布,平均粒径在65~67nm之间;随着DTBP添加比例的增加,燃料的十六烷值升高,颗粒的平均粒径略有减小。

The sizes of particulates emitted from a diesel engine in rated condition and fueled with biodiesel blended with four different proportion of di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP) (0,0. 25%,0. 50% and 0. 75%) are measured by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) with synchrotron radiation, and the results are compared with that by scanning elec-tron microscopy ( SEM) and transmission electron microscopy ( TEM) . The law of the effects of cetane number on particle size distribution is studied. The results show that compared with SEM and TEM, SAXS can measure the size of primary particle to obtain the statistical distribution data of single particulate size with a result not affected by agglomeration. The size of particulates follows normal distribution. The average particle sizes are between 65~67nm. With the increase of DTBP proportions, the cetane number of fuel rises and the average size of particulate reduces slightly.
