本研究以优良品种绿宝石梨的嫩茎稍为试材,对影响组织培养的主要因素,包括培养基种类、生长调节剂浓度配比进行了研究,建立了绿宝石梨的组织快繁技术。试验结果表明,适宜绿宝石梨组织培养的启动培养基由MS、1.0mg/L 6-BA、0.1mg/L IBA组成;增殖培养基是由1/2MS、1.0mg/L 6-BA、0.1mg/L IBA组成。

본연구이우량품충록보석리적눈경초위시재,대영향조직배양적주요인소,포괄배양기충류、생장조절제농도배비진행료연구,건립료록보석리적조직쾌번기술。시험결과표명,괄의록보석리조직배양적계동배양기유MS、1.0mg/L 6-BA、0.1mg/L IBA조성;증식배양기시유1/2MS、1.0mg/L 6-BA、0.1mg/L IBA조성。
In this paper, tender stems of Lvbaoshi pear were used as test material. Effects of media types, 6-BA and IBA with different concentrations on Lvbaoshi pear issue culture were studied, which established the fast-breeding technique of Lvbaoshi pear. The results showed that the suitable culture medium for different stages were initial medium and multiplication medium. Initial medium included MS, 1.0mg/L 6-BA, and 0.1mg/L IBA. Multiplication medium included 1/2MS, 1.0mg/L 6-BA, and IBA 0.1mg/L.
