目的：研究气管内插管BIS靶控静脉全麻对腹腔镜手术患儿苏醒情况的影响。方法选择68例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期行腹腔镜手术患儿，随机分成观察组（34例）和对照组（34例）。观察组依据BIS靶控装置反馈指标调节用药，对照组仅由麻醉医师根据血流动力学临床表现设定用药。对比分析两组患儿术后苏醒情况及拔管期不良反应率。结果观察组呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间及拔管时间显著少于对照组，觉醒评分明显大于对照组，且总不良反应率为5．88％，显著低于对照组的29．41％，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）。结论气管内插管BIS靶控静脉全麻能有效恢复患儿腹腔镜术后苏醒状况，用药科学安全，且降低不良反应发生率，值得推广。

목적：연구기관내삽관BIS파공정맥전마대복강경수술환인소성정황적영향。방법선택68례ASAⅠ～Ⅱ급택기행복강경수술환인，수궤분성관찰조（34례）화대조조（34례）。관찰조의거BIS파공장치반궤지표조절용약，대조조부유마취의사근거혈류동역학림상표현설정용약。대비분석량조환인술후소성정황급발관기불량반응솔。결과관찰조호흡회복시간、소성시간급발관시간현저소우대조조，각성평분명현대우대조조，차총불량반응솔위5．88％，현저저우대조조적29．41％，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0．05）。결론기관내삽관BIS파공정맥전마능유효회복환인복강경술후소성상황，용약과학안전，차강저불량반응발생솔，치득추엄。
Objective This study was to research the influence of tracheal intubation BIS target controlled intravenous anesthesia onrevivalof children under laparoscopic surgery.Methods 68 cases of patients with ASA I~II and received elective laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group ( 34 cases) andthe control group (34 cases).Patients in the observation group was treated with medication based on adjustment of BIS target -controlledfeedback indicator, while patients in the control group was treated with medication provided by anesthesiologists as per the clinical manifestations of hemodynamics.The postoperative recovery situation andadverse reaction rate of extubation of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results The respiration recovery time, awakening time and extubation timeof observation group significantly less than the control group and awakening score of observation groupwas significantly larger than the control group.The total adverse reaction rate of observation groupwas 5.88% which significantly lower than the 29.41% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).Conclusions Tracheal intubation BIS target-controlled intravenous anesthesia can effectively restore the awakening status of children after laparoscopic surgery.It has scientific and safe medication and lower incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worth promoting.
