目的：评价我院实行药学干预后I类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物应用情况与效果，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，对我院2012年7月至9月（干预前）和2013年7月至9月（干预后）有代表性的三种I类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物的使用频次、应用种类及用药时限、费用进行分析。结果：实施药学干预后，我院I类切口手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物使用率、人均费用显著降低，用药时限明显缩短，使用频次更趋合理（P<0.05）。结论：实施药学干预使我院I类切口围手术期抗菌药物的应用更加合理、规范、经济、有效。
목적：평개아원실행약학간예후I류절구수술위수술기항균약물응용정황여효과，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법：채용회고성분석방법，대아원2012년7월지9월（간예전）화2013년7월지9월（간예후）유대표성적삼충I류절구수술위수술기항균약물적사용빈차、응용충류급용약시한、비용진행분석。결과：실시약학간예후，아원I류절구수술위수술기예방용항균약물사용솔、인균비용현저강저，용약시한명현축단，사용빈차경추합리（P<0.05）。결론：실시약학간예사아원I류절구위수술기항균약물적응용경가합리、규범、경제、유효。
Objective:To evaluate application and effect of antibiotics used during type I incision operation after implementation of pharmaceutical intervention so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods:Retrospective analysis methods were adopted to evaluate usage frequency, application types, medication time, and cost of antimicrobial drugs during 3 typical kinds of type I incision operation from July to September 2012 (before intervention) and July to September 2013 (after intervention). Results: After the implementation of pharmaceutical intervention, the usage ratio of antibacterial drugs and per capita costs during the preoperative period of type I incision operation were significantly reduced, medication time was obviously shortened and the usage frequency of antibacterial drugs was more reasonable (P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of pharmaceutical intervention made the application of antimicrobial drugs during the preoperative period of type I incision operation more reasonable, standard, economical and effective in our hospital.
