目的：了解阜阳市人民医院在抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动中取得的成绩和存在的不足，为持续改进干预措施，建立长效机制，巩固专项整治活动成果提供参考。方法：以专项整治活动前2011年第二季度抗菌药物合理用药指标为基线，与专项整治活动后2012、2013年第二季度全院及重点科室11项抗菌药物合理应用指标进行对比，分析抗菌药物合理应用指标变化情况。结果：全院及重点科室11项抗菌药物合理应用指标随专项整治活动的深入逐渐趋于合理，呈现持续改进之势，但部分指标如抗菌药物使用强度、I类切口手术患者预防使用抗菌药物比例与卫生部要求仍有差距。结论：阜阳市人民医院在抗菌药物专项整治活动中取得一定成效，整治方案和干预措施切实可行，所选用的抗菌药物合理应用评价指标具有一定的可操作性。
目的：瞭解阜暘市人民醫院在抗菌藥物臨床應用專項整治活動中取得的成績和存在的不足，為持續改進榦預措施，建立長效機製，鞏固專項整治活動成果提供參攷。方法：以專項整治活動前2011年第二季度抗菌藥物閤理用藥指標為基線，與專項整治活動後2012、2013年第二季度全院及重點科室11項抗菌藥物閤理應用指標進行對比，分析抗菌藥物閤理應用指標變化情況。結果：全院及重點科室11項抗菌藥物閤理應用指標隨專項整治活動的深入逐漸趨于閤理，呈現持續改進之勢，但部分指標如抗菌藥物使用彊度、I類切口手術患者預防使用抗菌藥物比例與衛生部要求仍有差距。結論：阜暘市人民醫院在抗菌藥物專項整治活動中取得一定成效，整治方案和榦預措施切實可行，所選用的抗菌藥物閤理應用評價指標具有一定的可操作性。
목적：료해부양시인민의원재항균약물림상응용전항정치활동중취득적성적화존재적불족，위지속개진간예조시，건립장효궤제，공고전항정치활동성과제공삼고。방법：이전항정치활동전2011년제이계도항균약물합리용약지표위기선，여전항정치활동후2012、2013년제이계도전원급중점과실11항항균약물합리응용지표진행대비，분석항균약물합리응용지표변화정황。결과：전원급중점과실11항항균약물합리응용지표수전항정치활동적심입축점추우합리，정현지속개진지세，단부분지표여항균약물사용강도、I류절구수술환자예방사용항균약물비례여위생부요구잉유차거。결론：부양시인민의원재항균약물전항정치활동중취득일정성효，정치방안화간예조시절실가행，소선용적항균약물합리응용평개지표구유일정적가조작성。
Objective:To investigate the achievements and shortcomings of antibiotic drug clinical use special rectification in Fuyang People’s Hospital, so as to provide reference for improving intervention measures continuously, establishing long-term mechanism and consolidating the achievements of the special rectiifcation activities. Methods: Indexes of rational antibiotic drug use in the second quarter of 2011 before the special rectiifcation activities were taken as the baseline to compare with the 11 indexes of rational antibiotic drug use in the whole hospital and the key departments in the second quarters of 2012 and 2013 after the special rectiifcation activities. The changes in the indexes of rational antibiotic drug use were analyzed. Results:The 11 indexes of rational antibiotic drug use in the hospital and the key departments have gradually become rational with the implementation of special rectification activities and showed continuous improvement, but some indexes still failed to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health, such as the intensity of antibiotic drug use, proportion of prophylactic antibiotic drug use for type I incision and so on. Conclusion: Fuyang People’s Hospital gained certain achievements in the antibiotic drug special rectiifcation activities, the rectiifcation programs and interventions were feasible and the evaluation indexes of rational antibiotic drug use were highly maneuverable.
