提出了一种可对运行中的断路器实时测量其接触电阻的新方法。通过两个电压互感器采集断路器两端对地电压,求得断路器两端的电压差,同时测得流过断路器的电流,根据欧姆定律即可得接触电阻。分析表明,该方法可在保证测量系统与高压隔离的前提下,实时带电测量断路器的接触电阻。对预防断路器的安全事故,保证断路器可靠运行具有重要意义。

This paper presented a new real-time measuring method for the contact resistance of the operated circuit breakers. A pair of potential transformer worked in parallel to measure indirectly the voltage difference on the two terminals of the circuit breaker, while the currents lfowing through circuit breakers were measured by current transformers. The result of contact resistance could be obtained based on Ohm Law. The analysis shows that this method could not only guarantee the isolation between control system and strong current, but also measure the contact resistance in real time, which would effectively prevent circuit breakers accidents.
