以某220kV变电站的CSI-200EA测控装置为例,阐述了该装置改造过程的安全措施,从交流回路、信号开入回路、跳合闸回路、闭锁回路、通信方式等方面分析了改造中出现的问题并给出了解决方案。工程结果表明,此次改造不仅简化了回路,增设了必要设备,装置运行更加安全可靠,且对后期的间隔层整体通信和防误闭锁都做了预见性的措施。

Taking the CSI-200EA measurement and control equipment of a 220 kV substation for example, this paper described the safe measures of the equipment and analyzed the problems discovered in the reforming process of AC circuit, signal circuit, tripping circuit, latch circuit, communication methods and other aspects and gave the corresponding solution. The project result shows that the transformation not only simpliifes the circuit by adding to the essential equipments that are more safe and reliable in operation process; also presents predictabil-ity measures to improve the latter overall communications of the spacer layer and preventive lockout.
