为提高变压器等高压设备的智能化,研制了一种融合先进传感技术、人工智能技术、信号处理与控制技术及通信技术于一体的变压器智能组件。该智能组件与装有传感器的变压器对接,通过传感器采集变压器实时状态数据,再通过智能专家系统,对变压器潜伏性故障、早期故障以及突发性故障做出预先判断,从而实现变压器的智能化,保证了电力变压器的安全可靠运行。

To improve the intellectualization of transformers and other high-voltage equipment, this paper studied on a kind of intelligent transformer component merging advanced sensor technology, artiifcial intelligent technology, signals processing technology, control tech-nology and communication technology. The intelligent components were connected with the transformers installed with sensors. Real-time status data of the transformers were collected by the sensors. With the intelligent expert system, potential failures, early failure and sudden failure of the transformers were judged in advance, which has achieved the intellectualization of transformers and ensures the safe and reli-able operation of power transformers.
