Zhuliangyou 22 is a two-line indica hybrid rice variety and released by the nation in 2012. It was planted as double cropping early rice at Fuding city, exhibiting the characteristics of moderate growth duration, high yield, suitable plant type, tolerant fertilizer, resistant lodging, and strong resistant disease. The cultivation techniques at Fuding city mainly included: timely sowing and fostering robust seedling, rational transplanting density with sufficient basic seedling, applying sufficient base fertilizer and formula fertilization, scientific water management, and comprehensive control of pests and diseases.
