介绍了一种PVDF基隔膜,以丙酮为溶剂,聚偏氟乙烯为成膜物质,纳米SO2为填料,通过辊刮涂湿法制备的一种复合隔膜。采用扫描电镜观察其微观形貌,此隔膜为多孔结构,孔分布呈现三维空间结构,孔径约2μm。比表面测试仪测试,此隔膜具备高孔隙率和比表面积,吸液率达到150%。EIS测试和电池倍率放电测试结果表明,采用此隔膜制成的锂离子电池表现出较低的阻抗和优良的电化学性能。

A kind of PVDF based composite separator was introduced, and the membrane was prepared using acetone as solvent, PVDF as forming material and SiO2 as the fil ing through knife coating wet method. SEM was applied to analyze the morphology of the separator. The pores in the porous membrane distributed in three-dimen-sional space as the pore size was mainly 2 μm. BET results indicate that the membrane possesses high porosity and specific surface area, meanwhile electrolyte absorption rate is above 150%. EIS and charge-discharge tests with different rates indicate that the separator in the battery exhibits low impedance and good electrochemical performance.
