微型燃料电池是未来可移动电源的主流,但是其双极板成形工艺成为燃料电池推广应用的主要制约之一。介绍了微型燃料电池双极板的成形工艺,包括基于微冲压等常规的塑性变形手段,基于MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems)的微加工技术和非传统加工工艺,展望了未来微型燃料电池双极板成形工艺的发展趋势。

The micro fuel cellis the mainstream of the future mobile power, but the forming process of bipolar plate hinders the application of fuel cell. The forming process of bipolar plates for micro fuel cellwas introduced, including regular plastic deformation means based on micro stamping and so on,micro processing technology based on MEMS and non-traditional machining process. The development trend of forming technology of future micro fuel cellbipolar plate was looked forward.
