微型燃料电池是未来可移动电源的主流，但是其双极板成形工艺成为燃料电池推广应用的主要制约之一。介绍了微型燃料电池双极板的成形工艺，包括基于微冲压等常规的塑性变形手段，基于MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems)的微加工技术和非传统加工工艺，展望了未来微型燃料电池双极板成形工艺的发展趋势。
