利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、循环伏安(CV)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和恒流充放电等测试方法研究了三种磷酸铁锂样品(三个厂家提供)的结晶度、形貌、粒径和电化学性能的关系。结果表明，磷酸铁锂的结晶度、形貌和粒径大小对其放电容量、循环寿命、倍率特性有较大影响。样品1的结晶性好，由纳米级的一次粒子团聚而成的二次粒子的大小适宜，因此用样品1制备的18650型电池具有放电容量高、循环稳定性好、8放电时的容量保持率高的性能特点。

The crystal inity, morphology, particle size and electrochemical performance of three kinds of LiFePO4 provided by three manufacturers were characterized by XRD, SEM, CV, EIS and constant current charge/discharge. The results show that these properties have great influences on the discharge capacity, cycle life and rate property of the batteries. Sample 1 has perfect crystal inity, and the secondary particle aggregated with nanoscale initial particles has proper size. Accordingly, 18650-type battery using sample 1 as the cathode material exhibits the highest specific capacity, the best cycle stability and the highest capacity retention when discharging at 8 .
