以V2O5,Li2CO3,NH4H2PO4为原料,柠檬酸为碳源,采用溶胶凝胶-碳热还原法中试生产磷酸钒锂正极材料。通过X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)对样品材料进行了结构表征。电化学测试表明:在1充放电倍率下,3.0~4.3 V和3.0~4.8 V充放电电压范围内50周后循环保持率分别为95.3%和86%,中试生产的磷酸钒锂呈现了良好的循环性能。

The Li3V2 (PO4)3/C was prepared by sol-gel and carbon thermal reduction method using V2O5,Li2CO3, NH4H2PO4 and citric acid on a pilot scale. The surface morphologies and microstructure of the samples were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electrochemical test shows that the capacity retentions were 95.3%and 86%in the range of 3.0~4.3 V and 3.0~4.8 V at 1 , respectively. The Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode by pilot production shows excellent cycle performance.
