采用简单的液相法、低温热处理两步法合成了由零维“米粒状”纳米颗粒组成的三维网状纳米氧化锌,颗粒为50 nm左右。这种独特的结构具有大的比表面积,有增强和有机物结合的作用。另外,纳米氧化锌/聚羟基脂肪酸酯复合膜(PHA),通过测试机械性能和热性能发现,添加0.4%(质量分数)的ZnO时,PHA的拉伸强度和断裂强度分别提高了56%和41.2%,同时弹性模量也提高了62.2%。但ZnO的添加并没有提高PHA的热稳定性能,可能是因为制备过程中有气泡存在。

Nano-sized ZnO crystals with 3-D net-shape constituted by 0-D"rice"shape particles (~50 nm) were synthesized by a simple two steps method (liquid phase and low temperature heat treatment). The particular structure has larger surface area, which benefits combination of ZnO and organic. The mechanical and thermal properties of ZnO reinforced PHA composites were measured. The results show that the elongation to break and ultimate tensile strength of PHA with 0.4%ZnO increase by 41.2%and 56%, respectively. The modulus of elasticity also increases by 62.2%. But the thermal stability of ZnO reinforced PHA composites does not improve, which maybe results from some bubble produced in the synthesis process.
