采用机械球磨制备了 Mg0.9In0.05Al0.05三元固溶体合金,再添加质量分数10%TiCl3球磨合成了一种Mg0.9In0.05Al0.05-TiCl3纳米复合物。利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了复合物的相组成、相结构及吸放氢过程的相转变,揭示了复合物吸放氢反应机制。用Sievert方法测定了复合物吸放氢动力学和PCI曲线。结果表明原位生成的钛氢化物对Mg0.9In0.05Al0.05合金的吸放氢具有良好的催化活性,合金的脱氢激活能降为48 kJ/mol,动力学性能显著提高。

Mg0.9In0.05Al0.05 ternary solid solution al oy was prepared by bal mil ing, then a kind nanocomposite of Mg0.9In0.05Al0.05-TiCl3 was synthesized through mil ing with 10wt%TiCl3. XRD was used to analyze the phases, phase structure and phase transition during de/hydriding process, and the de/hydriding mechanism of the composite was revealed. The de/hydriding kinetic and PCI curves were measured by Sievert method. The results show that in-situ forming titanium hydrides have good catalytic activities on the de/hydrogenation of Mg0.9In0.05Al0.05 al oy. The kinetics of Mg0.9In0.05Al0.05 al oy is significantly improved with a reduced dehydriding activation energy of 48 kJ/mol.
