目的:检测儿童特应性皮炎患者外周血白介素-17(IL-17)及白介素-8(IL-8)的表达水平,探讨其在儿童AD发病机制中的作用。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验( sandwich ELISA)检测60例儿童AD患者外周血IL-17、IL-8的表达情况,并用SCORAD评分标准判断AD患者病情严重程度。30例性别、年龄匹配的健康儿童作为对照组。结果 AD组患者血清IL-17的表达为(35.71±1.78) pg/ml,高于健康对照组(24.22±6.02)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=3.66,P<0.05),且与SCORAD得分呈明显正相关(r=0.646,P<0.05);AD组患者血清IL-8的表达为(69.90±7.78)pg/ml,明显高于健康对照组(34.07±13.04)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=4.72,P<0.01),且与SCORAD得分呈显著正相关(r=0.683,P<0.05)。结论儿童AD患者外周血IL-17、IL-8过度表达可能参与了AD的发病机理。

목적:검측인동특응성피염환자외주혈백개소-17(IL-17)급백개소-8(IL-8)적표체수평,탐토기재인동AD발병궤제중적작용。방법채용쌍항체협심매련면역흡부시험( sandwich ELISA)검측60례인동AD환자외주혈IL-17、IL-8적표체정황,병용SCORAD평분표준판단AD환자병정엄중정도。30례성별、년령필배적건강인동작위대조조。결과 AD조환자혈청IL-17적표체위(35.71±1.78) pg/ml,고우건강대조조(24.22±6.02)pg/ml,차이유통계학의의(t=3.66,P<0.05),차여SCORAD득분정명현정상관(r=0.646,P<0.05);AD조환자혈청IL-8적표체위(69.90±7.78)pg/ml,명현고우건강대조조(34.07±13.04)pg/ml,차이유통계학의의(t=4.72,P<0.01),차여SCORAD득분정현저정상관(r=0.683,P<0.05)。결론인동AD환자외주혈IL-17、IL-8과도표체가능삼여료AD적발병궤리。
Objective To detect the expression level of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in peripheral blood in the patients with atopic dermatitis of children, study the pathogenesis in the AD patients. Methods Peripheral blood was obtained from 60 patients with AD of children and 30 children as a control by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( sandwich ELISA);with matched gender and age in both groups. And their relationship with AD disease severity were analyzed.AD disease severity scored with SCORAD criterion. Results The serum concentrations of IL-17 in the patients with AD of children (35.71 ±1.78pg/ml) was significantly higher than the healthy controls (24.22 ±6.02pg/ml) ( t =3.66,P <0.05) and positively correlated with SCORAD score in AD (r=0.646,P<0.05).The serum concentrations of IL-8 in the patients with AD(69.90 ±7.78pg/ml)was significantly higher than the healthy controls(34.07 ±13.04pg/ml)(t=4.72, P<0.01)and positively correlated with SCORAD score in AD (r=0.683,P<0.05).Conclusions The high expression level of IL-17 and IL-8 in peripheral blood plays the important role in the pathogenesis of AD.
