针对某发动机怠速时车内座椅可测得一种间歇式不规则抖动的现象进行研究,发现该抖动与发动机稳定性有关。对发动机转速、指示平均有效压力等参数进行频谱分析,识别出发动机半阶幅值与不规则抖动相关。通过在现有进气歧管基础上增加稳压腔的方式进行优化,提高各缸进气量及缸内残余废气系数的均匀性,以提高发动机稳定性。对进气歧管优化后的整车进行试验表明,发动机转速、指示平均有效压力等参数的半价幅值显著降低,怠速时车内的不规则抖动改善。

An intermittent irregular jittering is observed by the seats during engine idling, it is found that such jittering is related with engine stability. Spectral analysis is made to engine speed, IMEP, etc., and it is found that engine half-order amplitude is related to such irregular jittering. Optimization is made by adding a pressure stabilizing cavity to the existing intake manifold, to increase air intake of the cylinders and uniformity of residual waste gas coefficient inside cylinders, thus to improve engine stability. Vehicle with optimized intake manifold is tested, which shows that half-order amplitude of parameters like engine speed, IMEP, etc., go down notably, and the irregular jittering during idling is decreased.
