针对某柴油机工作中频繁出现的发动机制动性能下降、冷起动冒蓝白烟问题进行分析,确定故障主要原因是排气摇臂衬套过度磨损。进一步分析确认,该柴油机采用的摇臂集成式发动机制动工作模式是衬套过度磨损的主要因素。采用对比磨损试验和有限元分析方法对现有设计进行改进,其措施包括排气摇臂无衬套设计、排气摇臂结构优化设计等。台架对比试验及道路试验验证表明,改进方案效果明显,该柴油机可满足用户使用要求。

This paper analyzes the cause of performance degradation of engine braking with blue and white smoke emitting during cold start of a diesel engine during use, it is found that root cause of this failure is the excessive wear of the exhaust rocker arm bushing. Further analysis confirms that the type of rocker arm integrated engine braking is the main factor of excessive wear of the bushing. The existing design of the bushing is improved by comparative wear test and finite element analysis, with measures like bushing-free design of exhaust rocker arm, optimized design of exhaust rocker arm structure. Rig test and road test verify that the modification achieves obvious effect, satisfying the requirement of the user.
